Ok, so here's what was discussed today during class:
We discussed the plan that Sara used while she had gestational diabetes.
15 servings of carbs a day (1 serving = 15 grams of carbs)
Eat every 2 hours
Eat protein every time you eat.
If you want to see the exchange list she brought, just comment on here and I'll try to get you a copy. It just lists different foods and how many carbs it counts as.
